Refund policy

 

Every sale is final.

Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges or refunds.

We do not accept cancellations.

Custom orders and pre-ordered items will not be refunded and cannot be cancelled.

Concerns or questions about an order:

We hand make and hand paint every item. We take pictures of each item so that you can see exactly what you can expect when you place an order with us. We will never send you a defective or damaged product. 

Please reach out to us at info@thecraftyladder.com if you have any questions or concerns. Please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery if you have a specific question or concern about an item that you purchased. Please take pictures of any issues that you would like to discuss. We will work with you to try and resolve any problems. 

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
