Welcome to the Crafty Ladder.

I’m Veronica Lopez and he’s Guillermo Lopez. You can call us Vero and Willy - We’re glad to know you. Take a look around our little shop and give us a holler if you need any help or if you have any questions.

Here's a little scoop about the two of us...

Willy and I have been joined at the hip for a few decades. We met at a summer job, he asked me out but I ignored him, then he asked me again and I caved. On our first date we watched the 4th of July fireworks display at South Padre Island in Texas. Dude asked me to marry him that night... total nut job. I told him so, but I obviously caved - eventually.

We have a dog - Blackie is our heeler and he's a big old softie. He's scared of loud noises and fireworks, but a real lion if you drive any kind of mail or delivery truck. We rescued him and love him to pieces.

A little shop talk...

We've been running The Crafty Ladder for almost five years. We started as a wood shop making logo signs, door hangers, and home decor pieces. We engraved signs regularly and slowly started to engrave other items like tumblers, cutting boards, serving boards, bottle openers and more.

We are now engraving jewelry and gift items that include luggage tags, coasters, travel wallets, keychains, journals, and other items. 

We are also available for on-site engraving. We transform simple items into personal keepsakes—engraved live for your guests to experience and take with them. It’s not just a gift, it’s part of the event itself.
